Ocean Blue


The RBNA was the first national company approved by the Brasilian Navy, which in charge of the Safety of Navigation in Brazil, to act in the open sea, and the first company in Brazil to issue Rules for wood vessel in the Amazon. It was one of the first classifications of a developing country with certificates recognized in London.

RBNA has always been associated with remarkable facts as ascertaining causes of sinking of the tourist ves-sel Bateau Mouche,in an assessment study of the ship owner Brazilian Lloyd,as well to work for the largest ferry semi-submersible in the world, Zhong Ren 3, 196 x 46 m and 50,000 Deadweight.


Delegation Agreement

In Brazil, RBNA is recognized by the Government to act on its behalf in the implementation and enforce-ment of International Conventions and Codes and relevant National Standards,related to safety of naviga-tion, safety of life and prevention of environmental pollution through a Delegation Agreementissued by the Directorate of Ports and Coasts, DPC.
